Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Inkhaunt, run by Diana van der Schouw in the Netherlands (contact: hello@inkhaunt.com). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens with your account.
• One person per account. Don't pretend to be someone else.

Your work stays yours

• You keep all rights to what you upload.
• You give us permission to store, resize and show your work on Inkhaunt, only to run the site. This permission ends when you delete the work or your account.
• We never sell your work, use it for advertising, or use it (or let others use it) to train AI.
• Only upload work you made yourself or have the right to share.

Mature content

• Mark nudity and other mature content as mature when you upload it.
• Only users who confirmed they're 18 or older can post or see mature content.
• Sexual content involving minors is never allowed. We remove it immediately, close the account and report it to the authorities.
• Never post intimate images of someone without their consent.

What's not allowed

• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights (such as stolen artwork).
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or doxxing.
• Spam, advertising or misleading content.
• Scraping the site, or trying to break or overload it.

Reports and moderation

• Anyone with an account can report work using the “Report” link below it.
• We review reports and may hide work, mark it as mature, or close accounts that break these terms. Where possible, we'll tell you what we did and why.
• If you disagree with a decision, email hello@inkhaunt.com and we'll look at it again.
• To report illegal content without an account, or for authorities, use the same address.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

If we ever shut down

If Inkhaunt ever closes, we'll announce it at least 60 days in advance, on the site and by email, and make sure you can download your work before anything is deleted.

The service

Inkhaunt is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it online and your work safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available. Keep your own copies of your work. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage or lost data.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know beforehand. Dutch law applies. Questions? Email hello@inkhaunt.com.
